Jen O’Donnell

A Voice to Bring Us Together

Jen O’Donnell has proudly called Gloucester Township home for over 40 years. She and her husband Pat raised their family in Erial, where they still live today. Their two children, Patrick and Riley Sage, are both Timber Creek grads pursuing careers in education, psychology, and mental health.

Jen returned to college while raising her kids and earned her degree from Rowan University. She helped found the Timber Creek Girls Lacrosse Booster Club, organized fundraisers for families in need, and has served nine years on the Gloucester Township School Board.

She also works full-time as the office manager of a busy accounting firm, where she handles operations, budgeting, and team coordination which are real-world skills she’ll bring to Township Council.

As a board member, Jen:

    •    Championed fair wages for unrepresented staff

    •    Fought for transparency and public access to meetings

    •    Collaborated to deliver meaningful results

    •    Held board members accountable

    •    Maintained open, respectful dialogue with residents

Jen has the courage to speak up, the heart to listen, and the experience to lead. She’s ready to bring transparency, accountability, and unity to Township Council.
